Shipping Information:

Orders are processed as they are received. Merchandise in stock normally ships within 1-2 business days. If you have ordered merchandise which requires the diamond(s) to be set, your order will normally ship within 5-7 business days.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Any item returned without a Return Authorization (RA) will not be accepted. The RA request should be made by email at: customerservice@dorjewelry.com. D'or Jewelry will accept items returned in their original, unused condition for a refund (less shipping fee) only within 14 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible on all shipping fees regarding their product.
